Terms & Conditions

1.Services

Dre Luxury Transportation provides professional luxury chauffeured transportation for airport transfers, business travel, special events, hourly charters, and other pre-arranged transportation services.

2.Reservations

• ▸All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
• ▸Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, flight information (if applicable), and contact information.
• ▸Reservation confirmations will be sent after booking is accepted.

3.Payments

• ▸Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior billing arrangements have been approved.
• ▸We accept major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods.
• ▸Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, gratuity (if applicable), and itinerary changes.

4.Cancellation Policy

• ▸Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
• ▸Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.
• ▸No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

5.Waiting Time

• ▸Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands.
• ▸Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.
• ▸Additional waiting time will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.

6.Flight Delays

We monitor commercial flights whenever flight information is provided. We will adjust pickup times for flight delays at no additional charge whenever possible.

7.Customer Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• ▸Wear seat belts at all times.
• ▸Treat the vehicle respectfully.
• ▸Follow all federal, state, and local laws.
• ▸Refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances inside the vehicle.
• ▸Avoid behavior that threatens the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers.

8.Damage and Cleaning

Customers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 may be charged for excessive messes, spills, vomiting, smoking, or any condition requiring professional cleaning.

9.Alcohol

Alcohol consumption is permitted only when allowed by applicable law and only by passengers who are of legal drinking age. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited.

10.Child Safety

Customers are responsible for requesting child safety seats when required by law. If a child seat is not provided or requested, Dre Luxury Transportation reserves the right to refuse service if transporting the child would violate applicable laws.

11.Vehicle Substitution

Dre Luxury Transportation reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

12.Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide timely service, Dre Luxury Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, airline delays, mechanical emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

13.Personal Property

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Dre Luxury Transportation is not liable for lost, stolen, or forgotten items. If an item is recovered, we will make reasonable efforts to return it. Shipping or delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

14.Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if a passenger:

• ▸Becomes abusive or threatening.
• ▸Appears excessively intoxicated.
• ▸Violates the law.
• ▸Creates an unsafe environment for the chauffeur or other passengers.

15.Privacy

Customer information is used solely for booking, communication, payment processing, and providing transportation services. We do not sell customer information to third parties except as required by law or necessary to process payments.

16.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Dre Luxury Transportation provides services, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17.Acceptance

By booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
